Acceptance
By creating an account or using Digital Shop Bot, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not sell illegal goods, stolen content, malware, or anything that violates Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cryptocurrency transaction fees are paid by you.
Refunds
Platform subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds between you and your customers are your responsibility as the seller.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
